WHO WE ARE
What We Do
Specifically, HHS Group is a specialist, vetted staffing provider supporting homeless hostels, supported accommodation, and emergency shelters across England, Scotland, and Wales. We supply trained night and day concierges, support worker staff, security personnel, and emergency outreach workers. Each member of our team understands the unique demands of working in vulnerable and high-pressure environments.
Every member of our team is fully vetted, DBS-checked, and trained to CPD-accredited standards. As a result, hostel managers and local authorities can be confident that their premises, residents, and staff are properly supported. In most cases, our clients use our fully outsourced Contract Cover service, where we take complete responsibility for a site’s day and night staffing. For short-notice or one-off shifts, our Agency Cover service supplies vetted staff reactively.
As a Real Living Wage employer, we’re committed to treating our staff fairly — because well-supported workers provide better care for the people who need it most. HHS Group has been trading since March 2023.

THE PROCESS
How It Works
Getting cover in place is a straightforward, three-step process.
Enquire
Tell us about your site — the roles you need, the shift pattern, and whether it’s ongoing cover or a one-off gap. Contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email.
We match and vet staff
First, we put together a quote and match Enhanced DBS-checked, trained staff to your site, with a site-specific induction before their first shift. See our vetting, training & safeguarding standard.
Deployment
Finally, your staff are deployed to site, with cover managed on an ongoing basis (Contract Cover) or arranged per shift (Agency Cover), backed by our control room.
THE DIFFERENCE
Why Choose HHS Group
Staff who are properly vetted and site-inducted, a named point of contact instead of a call centre, and a control room that flags issues before they become a problem for your site. In short, that’s what sets us apart from a generic staffing agency. Read the full comparison on our Why Choose HHS Group page.
