We recruit across five core roles, each with a different focus on site:

Night Security Jobs

Night Security vacancies with HHS Group are SIA-licensed, enforcement-trained roles covering hostels and supported accommodation overnight, managing anti-social behaviour and security incidents with a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) approach.

Day Security Jobs

Day Security vacancies carry the same SIA-licensed, Child and Adult Enhanced DBS-checked standard as our night roles, providing a visible security presence and incident response during the day.

Night Concierge Jobs

Night Concierge vacancies cover building access, key holding and reception cover overnight, acting as the first point of contact for residents and visitors.

Day Concierge Jobs

Day Concierge vacancies cover the same access control, key holding and reception duties during the day, supporting a safe and welcoming front-of-house presence.

Support Worker Jobs

Support Worker vacancies focus on resident welfare, safeguarding and casework, from waking night welfare checks to daytime one-to-one support.

Frequently asked questions

What’s the difference between a Concierge and a Security role?
Concierge staff manage building access, key holding and reception cover. Security staff are SIA-licensed and trained specifically to manage anti-social behaviour and security incidents. Some sites use both roles side by side.

Do I need an SIA licence to apply?
You’ll need a valid SIA licence for our Security roles. Concierge and Support Worker roles don’t require an SIA licence, but all roles require a Child and Adult Enhanced DBS check.

Do you offer day and night shifts?
Yes — we recruit for both day and night shift patterns across our Security and Concierge roles, alongside full-time, part-time and bank worker positions.
