We have an established local base in London, Manchester, Gloucester and Cardiff, alongside Bristol, Oxford and Bath — and we cover sites right across the country, wherever yours is.

Nationwide Vetting and Training Standard

Every member of staff we place is Enhanced DBS checked, right-to-work verified, and trained to our CPD-accredited standard before their first shift, and we provide surge staffing when a Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) is activated or emergency winter night shelter provision opens in an area we cover. As a result, hostel managers and local authorities get the same standard whether their site is in a city we’ve served for years or one we’re covering for the first time. This applies to every role we supply — Night Concierges, Night Support Workers, Security Guards and Floating Support Workers — through either fully outsourced Contract Cover or reactive Agency Cover.
